What’s the parking situation?

Parking is different at every cottage*

Usually, parking is directly at the front of the cottage only. Street parking is NOT allowed in Grand Bend - you will get a fine.

Each cottage has maximum amount of cars allowed parked in driveway, so please plan accordingly.

We may be able to arrange additional parking off-site if arranged in advance for a fee.

What do I need to bring to the cottage?

How does self-check in work?

You will not be provided with a key to the cottage, please remember the passcode that was provided upon booking.

The cottage has been fully cleaned/sanitized prior to your arrival,

What about check out?

Please follow all check-out instructions as posted in the cottage carefully

Remove all of your belongings including food and beverage from fridge and cupboards and personal items

Cottage should be left in clean/swept condition

Cottage must be locked, all windows closed, TV and lights off

Any hand towels, dish towels, bath mat etc need to be put in the washing machine and started before you leave

Water Situation

The tap water is drinkable in Grand Bend

Hot Tub

Hot tub has been treated prior to your arrival and you will not be required to do anything. We do ask that you follow the specific rules posted at each hot tub.

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking in the cottage. if you smoke outside, please clean up any butts.

Security Deposit

We require a $500 or $1500 security deposit depending on the cottage upon booking. A secure link is sent to you in your booking confirmation email and can be paid via credit card. This must be paid day before your arrival.

Pets

We allow 1 well behaved and cleaned up after dog, we sometimes will make an exception for this but you must contact us in advance to ask

Early Check in/Lake Check Out

We unfortunately are not able to accommodate early check in or late check out due to our cleaning schedule in the busy season. Early check in or late check out may be available for a fee in the off-season- please just ask!
