Hand and dish soap, Coffee maker (standard drip coffee maker), Coffee filters, Pots and Pans, Microwave Stove/Fridge/Dishwasher/Oven Forks/Knives/Spoons Plates/Bowls/Mugs/Cups Cooking utensils, Toaster, Blender, Kettle, Washing Machine, Dryer, BBQ (gas- no need for propane), Dish wash cloths/tea towels, Some dish pods, Laundry Detergent.
